Madonna Sues Over Wedding Pictures
Madonna is suing the mail on sunday for £5 million because they printed pictures of her wedding to Guy Ritchie.
Though the wedding happened in 2000 the newspaper published the photos in October this year.
Madonna, who was recently divorced from her film director husband was given no warning that the pictures were to be published.
Madonna’s barrister told Mr Justice Eady that no photographs of the marriage had ever been published anywhere in the world.
Mr Eady heard that pictures of the “wholly private” event on December 22, 2000 were copied “surreptitiously” by an interior designer during work at Madonna’s home in Beverly Hills.
Can’t see that she really needs the money but i don’t blame her for sueing them .
