Wedding in Taco Bell Fast Food Restaurant Cost $200

When Paul, 30 who lives in America and Caragh, 21 who lived in Australia met via an online dating service the least important thing for them was finding a wedding location with all the other obstacles they had to overcome to get married.

They exchanged wedding vows while seated in an orange coloured booth at their local fast food Taco Bell restaurant while customers carried on placing their taco and burritos orders.

The couple were more than happy to spend a mere $200 on their wedding after forking out a small fortune in visas, medicals and flight costs.

The hot pink dress that bride Caragh wore cost her just £15 and their friend Ryan Green who had been ordained online administered the vows while several dozen guests stood around the couple’s decorated booth.

Hot sauce sachets labelled with the words ‘Will you marry me?’ were handed out to customers during the day and the restaurant had been decorated with balloons and streamers.

Newlyweds Paul and Caragh Brook both shared the same surname so there will be no need for Caragh to change it on any of her documents such as passport and driving licence.

The couple had been writing to each other and talking on the telephone for almost nine months before they decided on Caragh moving to America for them to get married.

Holding the reception in the same place as the ceremony certainly must have saved on cars and taxi fares.
