Madonna Sues Over Wedding Pictures
Madonna is suing the mail on sunday for £5 million because they printed pictures of her wedding to Guy Ritchie.
Though the wedding happened in 2000 the newspaper published the photos in October this year.
Madonna, who was recently divorced from her film director husband was given no warning that the pictures were to be published.
Madonna’s barrister told Mr Justice Eady that no photographs of the marriage had ever been published anywhere in the world.
Mr Eady heard that pictures of the “wholly private” event on December 22, 2000 were copied “surreptitiously” by an interior designer during work at Madonna’s home in Beverly Hills.
Can’t see that she really needs the money but i don’t blame her for sueing them .
Victoria Beckham to Plan Mel C’s Wedding
Mel C has asked her former Spice Girl bandmate Victoria Beckham to help plan her wedding.
Mel C has announced her engagement to her boyfriend of six years, Thomas Starr last month.
The couple are set to marry in July 2009.
It seems Mel and Victoria have become very close since the Spice Girls reunited last year. And she knows that Victoria has the contacts and the ideas to make her big day extra special.

Wendy Richard Gets Married Today
The former EastEnders star Wendy Richard will today marry her long term partner before starting a daunting period of chemotherapy.
Wendy, and her partner, John Burns, have lived together for 10 years will be getting married in a London and will be having a civil ceremony.
Having battled cancer in the past the latest diagnoses was especially bad as it was a aggressive form that has spread to her kidney and bones.
Wendy told earlier in the week that she has prepared details for her funeral and updated her will.
There are expected to be around 60 family and friends at the wedding.
It’s sad when weddings take place under such clouds, but at least Wendy and John have the time to tie the knot and live as a married couple.
LeAnn To Renew Vows
Country Singing star LeAnn Rimes and husband Dean Sheremet are to renew their wedding vows.
The singer and her husband are said to renewing their vows at the Calistoga Ranch in the Napa Valley, California,
The couple originally married in February 2002.
They first met when Dean was working as one of LeAnn’s backup dancers

Charlotte Church Says She’d Love a Beach Wedding
Charlotte Church has revealed she that she would like to marry her rugby star boyfriend Gavin Henson abroad.
Charlotte who’s pregnant with their second child and due to give birth in november would like an intimate beach ceremony with close family and friends.
But she says she’s still waiting for Gavin to propose.
‘All the rumours about Gavin being seen shopping for rings are completely untrue,’ she told Hello! ‘As are those about us flying thinking of flying off to Mexico to get married
But I can confirm that we both think a wedding on a beach would be very romantic, when the time is right of course.’

KT Tunstall Gets Married On Scottish Isle
Scotttish singer KT Tunstall has got married on a remote Scottish island.
The 33 year old married her drummer boyfriend Luke Bullen at a ceremony on the Isle of Skye.
The star book the whole of the Flodigarry Country House Hotel on the north east of the island for the wedding
The singer wore a fitted strapless dress covered in crystals.
While the groom wore a dark suit.
Mr Bullen, who plays in his wife’s band, proposed on Christmas Day when he made a surprise visit to her family home in Fife.
Congratulations to them both.
Guy Says No To Vow Renewal
Guy Ritchie has rubbished reports that he and wife Madonna are set renew to their wedding vows.
The star couple were rumoured to be planning to remarry in a Kabbalah ceremony later this month.
But the filmmaker is adamant they won”t be heading down the aisle for a second time because their lavish marriage in the Scottish Highlands in 2000 was all they needed.
Richie said I think once was enough, and I’ve just paid out on a big party for madonna’s birthday.
Ahh what a shame it would have been lovely to see them renew their vows.
A 27 Year Old Piece of Royal Wedding Cake Sells For £1000
A piece of wedding cake from the wedding of the Prince of Wales and Diana, Princess of Wales has sold at auction for £1,000.
An official five tier wedding cake was made for the Royal wedding in 1981 but the piece of cake so sold came from one of twenty two other cakes given to the royal staff
The 27 year old slice of cake was bought by an anonymous buyer on even though only the marzipan and icing remain.
It was originally given to Moyra Smith, a member of the late Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother’s household at Clarence House, who preserved the topping in cling film and kept it in a metal tin.
Auctioneer Nathan Winter said: “To my knowledge this is the highest price for any slice of the cake sold at auction.”
How wonderful that this has been kept for so long!
It’s a real slice of royal history.
Wedding Rumours Fly As Daniel Craig Buys Champagne
James Bond star Daniel Craig has sparked rumours he is to marry girlfriend Satsuki Mitchell after purchasing a crate of expensive champagne.
The actor has reportedly promised to marry his girlfriend after filming has finished on his latest Bond film, Quantum of Solace.
The pair, who met in 2005 and have not confirmed their engagement but Mitchell has been spotted wearing a large diamond solitaire ring.
Craig’s spokesperson refused to comment on the reports, simply saying, “If Daniel’s buying champagne, then good for him.”
Jennifer Aniston Plans Wedding?
The former Friends actress was reported to be planning to wed john Mayer before she turns 40 in 2009.
Jennifer and her new man have been inseparable since they began dating, with her following him on his European tour this summer.
OK! reported that Jennifer has decided she wants to wed her “perfect man” in a low key ceremony and spend the rest of her life with him.
The rumours come just days after Jennifer Aniston’s former husband Brad Pitt showed off his and Angelina Jolie’s new twins in Hello.
A spokesperson for Aniston has dismissed the story .
